In the Social blues meetings you can share your struggles with establishing (deeper) social connections, adjustment difficulties and loneliness. By sharing your experiences, you can form more in-depth connections with the other group members. Also, through an interactive approach and a variety of psychological techniques such as CBT, you get tools that will help you in establishing (deeper) connections with people outside the group.
Important to know
You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, however the more sessions you attend the more likely you are to reach your goal and to connect to people on a deeper level. We advise you to register for at least 4 sessions.

- Dates and times: Every Wednesday from 13:00-15:00
- Location: Roeterseiland Campus
- Costs: This training is free of charge.
- Language: This training is offered in English.
- Registration: You can register if you are currently studying at the UvA or the HvA or graduated no more than 1 year ago. Registration is possible 10 weeks up to 2 days in advance. Please note: Demand for groups often exceeds the available spots. We kindly ask you to register once you’re sure that you will attend only.
