If you have a residence permit for study, you have to follow the Dutch legal requirements. However, sometimes they are unclear and might seem to conflict with your study plan. We will discuss the rules and regulations of the Dutch Immigration Service (IND) and what you need to know and do. For instance, what does Study Progress Monitoring mean? What if your study does not go according to plan or if you get ill? What if you would like to switch studies? And what if your permit expires?
