Stress relief - Waking up with mindfulness
Do you suffer from stress, anxiety or depressive feelings? In this 30-minute stress relief session, a psychologist will guide you through exercises to help you cope better.
Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you cope better with fretting, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. In these weekly 30-minute sessions, we practice different techniques. Feel free to join in. Did you know we also offer the Stress Relief session 'working on your negative thoughts' and 6-week mindfulness training sessions?
Important to know
- This workshop, guided by a student psychologist, is offered weekly. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. If you want to participate in more than one session, you need to register for each session separately.
