Stress relief - Winding down with mindfulness
Do you suffer from stress, anxiety or depressive feelings? In this 30-minute stress relief session, a psychologist will guide you through exercises to help you cope better.
Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you deal better with worry, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. In these evening sessions, we will practice various meditation and relaxation techniques to help you cope with stress.
Important to know
- This workshop, supervised by a student psychologist, is offered weekly. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. If you wish to participate in multiple sessions, you must register for each separately.
