For you?
Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you better deal with worrying, stress and feelings of anxiety an depression. Every Thursday morning you can join this short session, guided in English by one of the student psychologists. We will practice various meditation and relaxation techniques that can help you to cope with stress.
We also offer a Stress Relief CBT session and 6-week mindfulness training courses.
Important to know
You can register per session. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, but we do ask you to register for each session.
Practical information
- This training is free of charge;
- This workshop is every Thursday from 09:30-10:00 AM and is supervised by a student psychologist;
- You can register if you are a student at the UvA or the HvA or if you graduated from the UvA or the HvA no more than 1 year ago.
