Stress relief - Winding Down with Mindfulness

This mindfulness and relaxation exercise can help you better deal with stress. It is guided by a psychologist in English.

Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you deal better with worrying, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. Every Wednesday evening, you can join this short session, guided in English by one of the student psychologists. We will practice various meditation and relaxation techniques that can help you to cope with stress.
We also offer a Stress Relief CBT session and 6-week mindfulness training courses.
Important to know
You can register per session. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, but we do ask you to register for each session.
Practical information
- This training is free of charge;
- This workshop is every Wednesday from 20:00-20:30 PM and is supervised by a student psychologist;
- You can register if you are a student at the UvA or the HvA or if you graduated from the UvA or the HvA no more than 1 year ago.
