Stress relief - Waking up with mindfulness

This weekly one-hour workshop offers exercises to help you better deal with stress. The workshop is in English and supervised by a psychologist.

Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you better deal with worrying, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. In these morning sessions, we'll practice various meditation and relaxation techniques to help you cope with stress. Did you know we also offer a Stress Relief CBT session and 6-week mindfulness training courses?
Important to know
This workshop, supervised by a student psychologist, is offered weekly. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. If you wish to participate in multiple sessions, you must register for each separately.
