Predeparture & Goodbye meeting: Destinations in Africa, Asia, North America, Oceania & South America
Are you excited about your exchange already? Hopefully, all your preparations are going well!
To shorten your time waiting for your departure, we would like to invite you to the following two events:
Predeparture meeting (REC A.0.01)
During this meeting, we will discuss last-minute details to prepare for your exchange and cover valuable tips on how to make the most of your time abroad.
Goodbye Event (Hall of building A)
Right after the predeparture meeting, ESN Amsterdam invites all future exchange students and all current exchange students at the UvA (who almost completed their exchange in Amsterdam and are about to return home) to get to know each other and share all their tips and tricks on preparations and their experiences.
Please only register for this event if you are a student partaking in an exchange to a destination in Africa, Asia, North America, Oceania or South America in the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

1. Predeparture meeting for destinations in Africa, Asia, North America, Oceania & and South America, 17.00-18.30.
2. Goodbye Event, 18.30-20.00.
