As a vital part of your preparation, we are excited to invite you to a Selected Meeting on Thursday, 25 April 2024, from 17:00 to 18:30. This mandatory gathering is an essential step towards your successful participation in the summer school. During this meeting, you will:

• Meet Your Peers: Get introduced to fellow participants who will be attending the summer school with you. This is a fantastic opportunity to build connections early on.
• Understand the Rules and Guidelines: We will provide a comprehensive overview of the summer school's rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for everyone involved.
• Discuss Costs, Scholarships, and Practical Preparations: Gain insights into the necessary costs, available scholarships, and the practical preparations required for your trip to Vietnam.
• Outline of the Timeline and Student Guidance: We will present a detailed timeline of the programme and discuss student guidance options available to you during the summer school. This session will include time for Q&A to address any questions or concerns you might have.
  
  The meeting will take place on the Roeterseiland campus, building A, room 2.12.
