Stabilizing yourself in difficult times

Facing difficult situations can be demanding and stressful. In this one-hour session, we will create a safe environment where you can slow down and support yourself.

For you?

Are you wrestling with your emotions? Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or angry? You’re not alone. Experiencing such emotions is usually a normal reaction when facing challenging situations. Nonetheless, it is important to tend to your emotions mindfully.

In this session, we will create a safe environment where you can slow down and connect to your inner world and others. We will use techniques from Compassion Mind Training to help you balance your mind, body, and actions. It can be challenging to talk about your feelings. We all find it scary, and we share this fear.

Important to know

  • Connection to difficult emotions takes courage and asks for a safe and stable environment. For this reason, we ask you not to share political opinions.
  • As this session is being held online, we trust you will help us create a safe environment by being visible and, therefore, have your camera switched on.
