An introduction to dealing with tension and different types of questions.
For you?
This workshop will introduce you to tackling different types of questions, such as multiple-choice, open, or essay questions. Exams can cause stress and anxiety. We will discuss what helps to reduce the stress. You will also work on an exercise to stay calm.
This workshop is also available in Dutch as 'Tips voor tentamens'.
Important to know
This workshop is part of a series of four workshops. Combining these workshops as much as possible is useful, especially the first two. Together, they provide a firm base for getting a grip on studying. However, you can also choose the workshops separately.
