Learn more about perfectionism and practical ways to manage it.

For you?

Do you aim for perfection and demand a lot from yourself? And do you also sometimes feel like nothing you do is ever good enough? Perfectionism can help you achieve great things, but it can also negatively impact your life. In this workshop, you’ll learn more about your perfectionism and learn practical ways to manage it.

The workshop will be led by Anne van Woezik, a PhD candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Anne has a background in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology. Her research focuses on perfectionism in students and is part of the Caring Universities initiative.
