Stress relief - Dealing with difficult thoughts

In this weekly one-hour workshop, you'll learn how your thinking affects your mood and emotions and practice finding more helpful thoughts.

Challenge negative thought patterns

During our weekly stress relief sessions, we offer the opportunity to ask questions about mental health issues. Also, we'll trace destructive and dysfunctional thoughts using cognitive therapy techniques. Those thoughts are often the root of negative feelings like a fear of failure and (study) stress. Together, we will practice finding more helpful and constructive thoughts. Knowledge of the cognitive model will enable you to apply it to any challenging situation you face.
