Build skills for better relationships

Note: Not much of an evening person, or do you prefer to keep your evenings free? A morning group (11 am–1 pm) will start this Monday, March 23! Building healthy relationships

In this interactive training series, you’ll explore how self-esteem, communication, boundaries, and emotional awareness affect your relationships. Learn how to spot unhealthy patterns, improve communication, and practise skills that support more balanced, respectful relationships. This training consists of six sessions and offers tools to improve dating and everyday relationships.
