Mindfulness workshop in the ARTIS zoo: relax, learn, and connect with other students

Join fellow UvA students for a unique Mindful Safari at Amsterdam’s ARTIS Zoo. You’ll enjoy free entry to the zoo, a guided workshop by psychologist Daisy Alsemgeest, and a free lunch—all designed to help you relax, recharge, and meet new people.

Are you also planning on coming on your own? And do you want to meet someone new to explore the zoo with? Choose the friend shipping match-up option when signing up! ESN (Erasmus Student Network) will pair you with another student based on shared interests. You’ll get a short form to help us find the best match. On the day of the event, you’ll meet your new buddy at the zoo entrance and start your adventure together.

This event is part of Mental Health Week and is a collaboration between the University of Amsterdam (UvA), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), ESN, and the GGD. It’s a chance to reconnect–with yourself, others, and the natural world.
